“The first driver was kind and respectful by calling me and letting me know that they got diverted to a car accident at another location. I called and asked them to please send another wrecker, and within an hour’s time, the second driver was at the place I requested the wrecker and waiting. He loaded my property on the wrecker, strapped it down securely and delivered it to the destination I gave. If I ever need another wrecker, I will be calling Sapp’s.”
